The VersaCal and QuickCheck Range
The VersaCal
Ammonia Calibration Gas Generator 1775 S. Pantano Road, Suite #140, Tucson, AZ, 85710 U.S.A. Phone: (520) 290-2855 Fax: (520) 290-2860 e-mail: ACD@auptag.com Advanced Calibration Designs is pleased to introduce the VersaCal. The VersaCal provides state of the art technology allowing ammoniacalibration gas generation utilizing a stable and reliable medium. The VersaCal allows the ammonia concentration to be changed within therange of the vial, and three vial concentrations allow a total range from 10 to 250 ppm. The VersaCal utilizes a small, disposable vial with a known liquid concentration of the gas to be generated. This vial emits a small quantity ofgas when placed in the VersaCal.A photoionization detector (PID) and mass flow controller are used in a process control circuit, allowing precise control of the calibration gas output. Simply select the concentration desired and the instrument does the rest.

The QuickCheck range - The QC 50 and QC 100 Low-cost disposable system with disposable vials, for ammonia, toluene, hydrogen chloride and Hexane bump tests. QC50 - Full set from 150 USD - each vial gives up to 8 hours gas. Low-cost disposable system with disposable vials, for ammonia, toluene, hydrogen chloride and Hydrogen sulphide H2S bump tests. The QC-50The QC-50 from Advanced Calibration Designs provides a quick and easy method of checking the performance of gas detection systems. The QC-50 utilizes revolutionary technology allowing a functional check (or "Bump Test") as needed or required by law. The unique QuickCheck Vials (QCV) utilizes a stable, safe and reliable delivery method allowing ease of shipment, storage and use. The QC-50 is currently available for ammonia and hydrogen chloride. The QCV used in the QC-50 are small, disposable vials with a small amount of the gas to be tested in liquid form in a sealed inner amoule. Breaking the inner ampoule allows the liquid to absorb into a filter which then diffuses out the gas. Simply squeezing the hand aspirated bulb will allow a test concentration of gas to flow by the gas detector, verifying its operation. The QC-50's features include:

The QC-100The QC-100 from Advanced Calibration Designs provides a quick and easy method of checking the performance of gas detection systems. The QC-100 utilizes revolutionary technology allowing a calibration functional check or "Bump Test" as needed. The unique QuickCheck Vials (QCV) utilize a stable, safe and reliable delivery method allowing ease of shipment, storage and use. The QC-100 is currently available for ammonia and hydrogen chloride as well as ppm ranges of hexane and toluene. The QCV used in the QC-100 are small, disposable vials with a small amount of the gas to be tested in liquid form in a sealed inner ampoule. Breaking the inner ampoule allows the liquid to absorb into a filter which then diffuses out the gas. The motorized pump in the QC-100 provides a continuous output of calibration check gas, and the needle-valve allows users to adjust the amount of gas being generated. This gas concentration can be checked against a calibrated instrument for higher accuracy, or simply used as a bump test device. The QC-100's features include:
