Small Volume Refillable Calibration Gas Cylinders From Spantech Products Ltd.

Introducing the ToxicanTM:

For high quality and cost-effective solutions to calibration issues

Spantech Products Ltd have introduced their new gas mixture container, TOXICAN, which is 0.5 litre water capacity aluminium high pressure container filled upto 200 bar pressure to dispense 100 litres of gas, subject to the limitations imposed by one or more of the special gas mixture components. The use of an all stainless steel valve and inert seating material is further proof that quality is not compromised to maintain the integrity of the special gas mixture, specially reactive gas mixtures, e.g. ppm levels of Hydrogen Sulphide or Nitric Oxide in Nitrogen.

The new TOXICAN complements our disposable Midi Spancan range, especially where accurate flow control and gas mixture stability are important factors. Midi Spancans are low-pressure containers with maximum 20 bar fill and 20 litres of dispensed gas to the user.

Each TOXICAN is gravimetrically filled on electronic balances with traceability to the National Physical Laboratory (UK). The analytical tolerance of the gas mixtures in a TOXICAN is further re-checked and certified

at +/-2% of the stated value.
