Spantech Products is pleased to announce that it has secured the exclusive rights to manufacture and distribute the well-known GazCal PPM-level Chlorine Gas Generator alongside its group partner MJS based in Peterlee, UK.
For more than twenty years, the GazCal has built a strong reputation for reliability, durability, and suitability for field operation. Its proven design and consistent performance have made it a trusted solution for customers working across a wide range of industries worldwide.
Exclusive Manufacturing and Global Supply
Through this new agreement, MJS will take responsibility for the complete build and service of the GazCal, while Spantech Products will act as the exclusive worldwide wholesaler for all GazCal units and spare parts. This structure ensures continuity of supply, improved production capacity, and enhanced long-term support for global customers.
All sales, service, and technical support will now be co-ordinated through Spantech Products at its facility in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.

Product Capabilities
The GazCal offers a user-selectable output range up to 20 PPM, with models available in either 0.5 litre per minute or 1.0 litre per minute flow options. These features make it suitable for a wide range of applications where precise chlorine gas calibration is required.
Continuing Technical Expertise
Richard Dance, an MOD-trained electronics and instrumentation engineer, has played an important role in the history of the GazCal. He was first approached by the original manufacturer several years ago to take on responsibility for manufacturing, calibration, and maintenance. In 2020 he acquired the GazCal to ensure ongoing continuity of calibration and service for customers around the world.
Richard is now managing the transition of production and service to MJS in Peterlee, supporting the next stage of the GazCal’s growth and development as part of the Spantech Group.
