Accuspan gases are supplied by Spantech Products in non-refillable and high-pressure cylinders, including ISO 17025-certified mixtures on request (at extra cost). Accuspan's Premium filling facilities, specifically employed for the Maxi Ultra, also hold ISO 17025:2017 certification. The Maxi Ultra boasts a comprehensive range of gases, from 1ppm H2S and Cl2 to quad gas mixtures and methane. High Pressure Refillable Cylinders (HPC)
AccuSpan offers a comprehensive range of mixtures supplied in either steel or aluminium high-pressure cylinders to meet your specific needs.
Cylinders can be supplied with either British BS valve, USA CGA or European DIN valve and are manufactured to ISO7866.
Relative mixtures are certified gravimetrically adhering ISO9001:2015 procedures. The weights used to calibrate the balances are traceable to the National Physics Laboratory (NPL). High purity raw materials supplied under a certificate of conformity are used to ensure the final gravimetric filling accuracy. AccuSpan also can supply certain liquid mixtures.

Accuspan's expanded capabilities include the provision of mixtures at the parts per million (PPM) level, specifically catering to applications that demand extremely precise concentrations.
The facility caters to a wide spectrum of applications by offering both organic and non-reactive mixtures. This versatility ensures that Accuspan's gases can be applied across various industries and use cases.

Single Stage Brass Regulators

Two Stage Brass Regulators
- Primarily used for non-reactive gas mixture applications up to 200 bar
- Two-stage regulator for applications requiring a consistent outlet pressure and flow rate

- Standard ¼” NPT (F) port regulators can be supplied with connectors to fit BS, DIN and CGA cylinders.
- The Variflow Regulator can be set to a number of fixed flow settings between 0.5 LPM to 8.0LPM flow rate.
ODFR – On-Demand Flow Reg
- Ni-Brass version primarily used for non-reactive gas mixture applications up to 200 bar
- Stainless Steel version primarily used for reactive gas mixture applications up to 200 bar
- Standard ¼” NPT (F) port regulators can be supplied with connectors to fit BS, DIN and CGA cylinders.
- This regulator is for use with instruments that utilise a pump to draw calibration gas or sample.
