Quality Assurance
Quality is non-negotiable at AccuSpan. Every product is made to recognised international standards, from gas mixtures to cylinder manufacturing, so you get consistent and reliable results every time. Our standard range is supplied under ISO 9001:2015, with cylinders manufactured to ISO 7866. Where your application requires it, we can also supply mixtures certified to ISO 17025 on request, with a longer lead time.

ISO 17025:2017
Available on request. Mixtures certified to ISO 17025:2017 from our premium filling facilities, with a longer lead time.
Certified Analysis
All AccuSpan gas mixtures are manufactured using scales calibrated with NPL weights in the UK.
Relative mixtures are certified gravimetrically adhering ISO9001:2015 procedures. The weights used to calibrate the balances are traceable to the National Physics Laboratory (NPL). High purity raw materials supplied under a certificate of conformity are used to ensure the final gravimetric filling accuracy.
Each Maxi Ultra cylinder is identified with a unique serial number and is accompanied by a Certification of Analysis.
TolerancesSafety before margin
We deal in compressed gas and detection equipment. If a specification looks unsafe or a gas mixture is wrong for the environment, we will not quote it.
AccuSpan puts safety first in everything we do both with regards to manufacturing, shipping and providing advice to our customers on handling and storing gas cylinders.
