HF, HCl and CH₂O at ppm Level
SemeaTech calibrators offer a cheap and reliable source of HF, HCl and CH₂O at ppm level.
Ideal for bump testing, the units can also be used for simple gas generation needs. Each calibrator is disposable and good for 6 months or 200 tests. They are much safer and easier to handle than conventional cylinders, and they can be shipped easily. The ppm output of each calibrator can be read from the display on the top plate.
Each calibrator consists of a gas carrier, an equilibrium gas chamber, an on/off valve and an LCD display. At a given temperature the gas concentration in the chamber is constant and shown on the display. Before a calibration or bump test, allow the calibrator 30 minutes or longer to settle to the temperature of the room where the test will be carried out.

SemeaTech Calibration Gas Generator
An automated, dynamic calibration gas generator based on diffusion and permeation tube technology.
Trace amounts of the target gas released from a tube are diluted with clean zero air to produce ppm-level calibration gas for the multi-point calibration of gas analysers, sensors and gas chromatographs. The tube sits in a temperature-controlled chamber, so the output stays constant and can be verified with certified gas or colorimetric indicator tubes.
