Calibration Gas Generators
What is ACD Calibration Gas?
Simply put, Advanced Calibration Designs are gas calibration devices that are superior to the previous approaches to calibrating gas detection monitors by generating gas on demand as required.
Advanced Calibration Designs exceed the limitations of all previous forms of calibrating gas monitors. They do this through Integrated and Expandable products that provide the backbone of the new era in calibration gas standards.
- Most economical method to calibrate sensors and instruments
- Portable and easy to ship
- No inherent shelf life
- NIST traceable
- EASY to use
- No gas storage or wastage
- Expandable, one unit, many gases
- Gas supply or simple bump testing
Intrinsically safe & unlimited shelf life
Safe for use in hazardous environments and plane travel
Adjustable flow & concentration
Adjust concentration and flow rate on the fly
Multiple
languages
Calibration & bump test ready
Many of products generate bout calibration gas and bump gas
Calibration
kits
Available with everything you need in a convenient calibration kit
ACD is proud to launch its NO2 cells for its long established CAL2000 ppm level calibration gas generator, expanding the range of gases that can be generated from a single hand held box even further.
This adds to H2S, Cl2, ClO2, H2 and NCN and is the most cost effective way to produce calibrated ppm level gas on demand. With extended shelf lives, NIST traceability and being easy to ship and transport the ACD generators are the way forward.
